- Send the relevant fields to the planned MonitorLeads endpoint.
- Use a stable source ID to avoid importing the same inquiry twice.
- Send later status updates separately when the source supports them.

A path grounded in existing capabilities.
Zapier already supports Jotform submission triggers and Salesforce new-lead and record-update triggers. MonitorLeads still needs its receiving API. A published MonitorLeads app in Zapier’s directory is not part of this preview.

Available actions, update frequency, and required paid plans depend on the selected apps and Zapier account. Some triggers poll on a schedule, so arrival should not be advertised as instantaneous.
