MONITORLEADS + SALESFORCE · PLANNED CONNECTION
Keep your CRM. Add follow-up visibility.
The planned Salesforce workflow would let managers monitor response deadlines while their team continues to manage records in Salesforce.
THE PROPOSED HANDOFF
What the workflow
would look like.
- Connect an authorized Salesforce account to Zapier.
- Map the lead ID, creation time, workspace, and record owner.
- Define which recorded activity counts as a first contact attempt.
- Send qualifying updates back to MonitorLeads to resolve overdue alerts.
WHAT THE SOURCE SUPPORTS
A path grounded in existing capabilities.
Zapier supports triggers for new Salesforce leads and updated records. Its Salesforce connection requires a paid Zapier plan, a supported account, and appropriate administrator and record permissions.
Zapier’s Salesforce requirementsWhat still needs to be built
Two-way synchronization, activity mapping, and a native Salesforce connection are not implemented. A generic record edit should not count as contact. A logged call attempt also does not prove the prospect answered.
MonitorLeads is an independent product concept. Provider names identify planned compatibility; they do not imply an affiliation, certification, or partnership.
