MONITORLEADS + JOTFORM · PLANNED CONNECTION
From form submission to a clear next step.
Your forms already capture the inquiry. The planned MonitorLeads connection would give that inquiry an owner, a deadline, and a place to record what happened next.
THE PROPOSED HANDOFF
What the workflow
would look like.
- Choose the business workspace that owns the form.
- Map the submission ID, name, contact information, service request, and submission time.
- Apply the workspace’s owner and response deadline rules.
- Record contact in MonitorLeads, then schedule the next action.
WHAT THE SOURCE SUPPORTS
A path grounded in existing capabilities.
Jotform supports sending submissions to a server through webhooks. The planned direct connection would use that capability; using Jotform through Zapier would be another route. Existing forms would stay in Jotform.
Jotform webhook documentationWhat still needs to be built
The receiving endpoint, connection authentication, retry handling, and field mapping still need to be implemented. An incoming submission alone cannot establish that someone called or emailed the person.
MonitorLeads is an independent product concept. Provider names identify planned compatibility; they do not imply an affiliation, certification, or partnership.
